About the Team
Toni has been in the Brevard County area since 1967. She began selling real estate in 1990 and quickly became one of the most successful agents in the area. She has been awarded the rare title of Lifetime Achiever as well as the Chairman’s Award and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Toni is proud of over $320 million sold! Toni’s 25 years of experience in giving quality service to the community has led to the opening of Pastermack Real Estate in January 2013. This milestone accomplishment has enabled Toni and her team to set a new standard for client satisfaction and personal service.
On a personal note, Toni enjoys the lifestyle of being a real estate agent, meeting new people and helping to find the perfect home for their needs. Toni has also renewed her passion for horses and dressage riding. With six children, Toni treasures her quality time spent with family and friends, and is thrilled to have the addition of seven precious grandchildren!

J.J. has been with the Pastermack Team since 2000. He is a multi-million dollar producer, and was given the President’s Award by RE/MAX. As a licensed Realtor he is enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to provide you with excellent service.
J.J. has lived in Merritt Island for most of his life and knows the area well. He has personal knowledge and experience of the schools in the county. He is a Merritt Island High School graduate and went all the way through the Brevard County school system as a student. After completing High School, J.J. moved to Orlando to continue his education. His love for this area brought him back to Brevard to begin his career in Real Estate. Since then he has actively exercised his skills as a Realtor serving this community. In addition, as a landlord of several rental properties, J.J. has acquired considerable knowledge about investment real estate. Along with his wife, Brooke, he is very active in the local community.
His goal as a member of the Pastermack Team is to create a pleasant buying and selling experience, doing whatever it takes to help you to sell your home quickly or find the perfect home. He continues to give his best to serve Brevard County from generation to generation.
Becky joined the Pastermack Team in 2004. She proved that diligence, competence and integrity are the keys to immediate success, making Becky a multi-million dollar producer within months.
Having grown up in an Air Force family, and then in Houston, TX after her father retired from the Air Force to work at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Becky understands the special needs, lifestyles, and standards of the military community and the NASA families.
She moved to Brevard County in 1999 to marry her husband Paul. They met while hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine in 1998. While hiking together for six months (walking over 2000 miles through 14 states), they realized they were a matched set.
Once in Brevard County, Becky was hired at Jefferson Middle School as a 7th grade science teacher. A dedicated teacher, she loved her job and her students. After two years of teaching, she was named “Teacher of the Year” at Jefferson Middle School and the Area III District of Brevard County as well as the Air Force association’s Teacher of the Year. She was one of eight finalists for “County Teacher of the Year” and held numerous leadership positions within Jefferson Middle School. She has a BS degree in Wildlife and Fisheries and completed a Masters degree in Science Education while working full time as a teacher. After five years of teaching, Becky decided to commit herself to serving the community in a way that would allow her to offer her other area of expertise – Real Estate!
Becky and her husband Paul are blessed to have three amazing boys: Isaac and twins Luke and Noah. As a family, they enjoy camping, hiking, canoeing, and just being together outdoors. Her love of this community and her commitment to make this a wonderful place for not only her family but other families is just one reason why Becky is dedicated to serving Brevard County from Generation to Generation.
S Carla Jones
Carla has been in the Brevard County area since 1968. She holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker, and as a Licensed General Contractor specializing n residential and waterfront construction. She has earned the Realtor GRI designation as well as the ABR Buyers Broker designation. Carla has been active in the real estate and construction industry locally for over 20 years. She holds a BS degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
On a personal note, Carla has been active in the local school communities and volunteer projects. Currently she is involved with Therapy Dogs Inc. She and her dog Brandy visit schools and hospitals. She is an avid boater, both power and sail. Knowing the rivers so well enables her to find the perfect home for your boat too! Extensive experience in vacant land and site selection, permitting procedures, property tax adjustments and renovation “know-how” adds to the quality of her service.
Carla’s familiarity with Brevard County, skillful negotiations, professionalism and emphasis on communication have made her a multi-million-dollar producer. Lisa M. Clough
Lisa Clough joins the Pastermack Real Estate Team as a licensed Realtor®, bringing her years of business experience as a successful employment service provider through her State certified, woman-owned firm, LMC Enterprises. Additionally, Lisa has earned the Florida Military Specialist (FMS) designation. Lisa has supported local Space Coast clients, providing and enabling employment throughout Brevard County. A native-born Floridian, and well-traveled “Navy brat,” this Barry University Business Graduate has a well-established reputation in the field of human capital management and talent acquisition. Lisa’s previous real estate background includes investment property purchases and buying and selling several of her own properties within Brevard County.
Through Lisa’s previous direct employment with the shuttle program and as a Technical Selling Branch Manager for a Fortune 500 company, she has developed strong sales, marketing, service, leadership, negotiating, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills. Lisa is a capable and flexible self-starter with high energy, optimism, keen attention to detail, and excellent work ethic. Lisa also volunteers as a Mentor to a high-school student through the Brevard County Take Stock in Children program.

Mayra is a lifelong resident of the Space Coast having moved to Merritt Island in 1967. Born in Havana, she speaks fluent Spanish and is very proud of her Cuban heritage.
Mayra began her Real Estate career in 2003 and was a top RE/MAX producer by 2005. She holds two Florida State Board licenses and a degree in Merchandising & Display, which she earned at Saddleback College in Orange County CA. Mayra’s love for homes and everything Real Estate also landed her a position staging and showing high-end homes for four years in SoCal.
Personally speaking, Mayra married her MIHS sweetheart Robert in 1977 and together they raised four children here in Brevard. She now has six grandchildren and is lovingly known to them as Foo Foo. In addition to Real Estate she enjoys, travel, tennis, boating and time spent with her wonderful family.
Mayra brings to the Pastermack Team her integrity, local knowledge, dedicated service, tough negotiating skills, and attention to detail which have all proved to serve her clients well, whether marketing a home for top dollar or helping them locate and purchase the home of their dreams. She too is committed to serving Brevard County residents, whether brand new or well established, from Generation to Generation.
Josefina and her family came to Merritt Island in 2001. Her passion for homes led her to go into the real estate business. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2007, and joined Pastermack Real Estate in 2014. Her Christian conviction about the importance of the family kept her mostly at home till her kids were grown. In doing so, she gained a wealth of knowledge about the Brevard community through her involvement in JROTC at Merritt Island High, baseball, Cocoa Village Theater, and more. Her first-hand involvement in the community is an invaluable asset to clients that are looking to live in the area.
Recently she has proven her business savvy and entrepreneurial capabilities on eBay by reaching the Top Rated Plus Seller distinction due to highly rated feedbacks from satisfied customers. Josefina is determined to provide her clients with the best service in real estate, and you can count on her enthusiasm, integrity, hard work and honesty.
On a personal note, Josefina was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She speaks fluent Spanish! Josefina has been married to Manuel since 1988, and they have two children. She loves houses, interior design and horses.
Mike was born and raised in New Jersey. He attended Montclair University, and at the age of 19, received his real estate license from the State of New Jersey. After finishing his studies, he moved to Indialantic, Florida and received his Florida real estate license.
Working in the family construction and land development business, he turned his focus to construction of new homes. Coordinating with homeowners and builders, he facilitated the turnover of new homes to ensure that customer needs were satisfied.
Mike is now focusing his efforts on real estate sales. He lives in Merritt Island, and is faithfully serving the needs of current and future Brevard County residents who are looking to purchase their dream home. Emily Merbitz joined Pastermack Real Estate as a licensed Realtor® in early 2014. She is an honor graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Communication and Marketing. Prior to pursuing her interest in real estate, she was a Fleet Service Representative for the General Services Administration (GSA) at the Kennedy Space Center. Following her time at GSA, she was the owner and operator of a successful wholesale distributing business.
As a long-time resident of Brevard County, Emily knows the area well. She and her husband Jerad have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. As a family, they enjoy all the wonderful activities the Space Coast has to offer–the beach, water sports, fishing, biking, soccer, and golf.
Emily is an active member of the community and a regular volunteer in her church and in her daughters’ schools. In addition to her love for real estate, she is passionate about health and wellness, and as a nationally Certified Fitness Instructor, teaches strength and conditioning classes at a local health club.

Jo Ann Honeywell
Jo Ann was born in Key West, Florida. Her family moved around a lot since her father was in the Navy, but they eventually settled in Colchester, Connecticut. At age 18, she and her family moved to Houston, Texas. Wanting more terrain and a bigger variety of weather, Jo Ann moved to Park City, Utah. In Utah, she found the “Greatest snow on earth” and loved to ski, hike and read. Jo Ann worked for the local newspaper, selling display advertising. Later, she worked for the Park City Police Department for ten years as a dispatcher. While in Park City, Jo Ann married Steven Honeywell, a mortgage banker and owner of First Western Mortgage. She enjoyed working with her husband in the property finance industry. Together they’ve bought homes and vacant lots, purchased condos, built custom homes, spec homes and constructed office buildings. All of this experience has sparked a new path, an epiphany, a realization that the real estate field is where she wants to be.
While on their journey to success, Jo Ann and Steven brought three children into this world, two of which are twins! Jo Ann was extremely dedicated to being a “hands-on” mom, and a lot of time was spent steering her children in the right direction. Presently, their three young adults are attending Florida state colleges. Jo Ann, Steven, her 110 lb doberman pinscher “Han-z” and a cat named ” Swirly Squirmy Shirley” reside on Tortoise Island in Satellite Beach. Steven still maintains an office in the mountains and his business by the beach, and he enjoys traveling back and forth from Utah.

Ron Gould is a true Brevard County native. He was born in 1979 in Cocoa Beach. Ron’s parents, Ron and Sallie Gould, were both Space Industry employees who opened a real estate brokerage firm based in Merritt Island, FL in 1969.
Ron was raised in apartments built by his father in Merritt Island were he gained first hand knowledge of real estate investment properties and procedures. He attended Merritt Island Christian School, Cocoa Beach High School, and graduated from Merritt Island High School, making him very knowledgeable about the schools in the area. Ron graduated from Rollins College in 2001 with a degree in Psychology and Business Administration. He was licensed as a Realtor in 1997 and has spent the better part of two decades selling and renting homes. For the past six years Ron has been dedicated to teaching tennis in Brevard County. As a tennis professional, he has won numerous awards including Florida Today’s Coach of the Year in 2012 and the Sportsmanship Award at the USPTA World Championships in 2011.
Ron now spends the majority of his time with his wife of nine years, Rachel, and his two year-old son, Ronny Jr.. Rachel has been a resident of Brevard County since 1986. She also holds an active Florida real estate license and is a testament to how real estate in Brevard County runs in the family!
Ron was excited to join the Pastermack Real Estate team in 2014, bringing his longtime experience with him to an already highly successful real estate office.
