Toni has been in the Brevard County area since 1967 and she began selling real estate in 1990. Toni is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, Platinum Club and Hall of Fame. She was recently awarded the rare title of Lifetime Achiever as well as the Chairman’s Award, and is the only agent in Brevard County who has received these top honors. She earned these awards through knowledge, experience and giving quality service to the community. RE/MAX considers her to be “exceptional in the Real Estate Industry.” She is the top agent in her office and has achieved #1 agent in Brevard County. Toni averages $45 million in sales per year, and is proud of $68 million sold in 2005.
On a personal note, Toni enjoys travel, as well as spending time with friends and family. Recently, Toni has also renewed her passion for horses and dressage riding. All three of her sons moved away from this area for college, and then all three moved back to Brevard County in 2003 from Ft. Myers, Chicago and Orlando, to be involved in real estate locally. Toni treasures her time spent with family, and is excited that her kids now live so close, especially since the addition of several precious grandchildren! It is particularly special to her to have her son, Brian, join her in serving the community with RE/MAX and the Pastermack Team. Toni and her team are committed to serving Brevard County from generation to generation.

| BRIAN PASTERMACK | |

Brian is new to RE/MAX and the Pastermack Team in 2003 and has successfully achieved multi-million dollar producer in his first year.
Born and raised in the Brevard County area, Brian graduated from Merritt Island High School and went on to Wheaton College in Chicago where he graduated with a degree in Business/Economics. Brian's college highlights included an internship at the Chicago Board of Trade and captaining the Wheaton Football Team. After college Brian and his beautiful wife, Amanda, remained in the Chicago area where he worked for Ritchie Capital Management, a fast growing hedge fund firm. His duties included research and support for the Convertible and Capital Structure Arbitrage Group.
Brian is now back home and a licensed realtor, using his financial experience and leadership qualities, and sharing his knowledge and love for the Brevard area. He is excited to be a part of the Pastermack Team, serving Brevard County from generation to generation.

| J.J. TIPPINS | |

J.J. has been with RE/MAX and the Pastermack Team since 2000. He is already a multi-million dollar producer, and was given the President's Award by RE/MAX. As a licensed Realtor he is enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to provide you with excellent service.
J.J. has lived in Merritt Island for most of his life and knows the area well. He has personal knowledge and experience of the schools in the county. He is a Merritt Island High School graduate and went all the way through the Brevard County school system as a student. After completing High School, J.J. moved to Orlando to continue his education. His love for this area brought him back to Brevard to begin his career in Real Estate. Since then he has actively exercised his skills as a Realtor serving this community. In addition, as a landlord of several rental properties, J.J. has acquired considerable knowledge about investment real estate.
His goal as a member of the Pastermack Team is to create a pleasant buying and selling experience, doing whatever it takes to help you to sell your home quickly or find the perfect home. He continues to give his best to serve Brevard County from generation to generation.

| TRIPP WALTON | |

Tripp joined the RE/MAX and Pastermack Teams in January of 2006 and his hard work, integrity, and dedication to outstanding customer service are all tools he possesses to provide you with a smooth, enjoyable Real Estate experience.
A native Floridian, Tripp grew up primarily in Lakeland and made his way to the Space Coast in 1989 while a student at the University of Florida. Since then, he has developed a wealth of business knowledge and built relationships with many Brevard County residents through professions in the business and ministry worlds. He served as an Associate Minister to Students for First Baptist Church in Merritt Island in the mid-90s as well as Youth Pastor at several other churches. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management in 1997 and served as Business and Finance Manager in several different companies in the area. In 2003 Tripp joined a Customer Care Management Center in Melbourne as an Operations Supervisor and received his Real Estate Sales Associate license in December of 2005.
Tripp met his wife, Becki (who is the Executive Assistant to the team) on a blind date in 1998 and they were married just over a year later, in March of 2000. They currently reside in Viera and, in addition to their careers and outside business opportunities, they are both very active in their church, where they lead the College and 20-Somethings ministry. In rare moments of free time, Tripp enjoys golfing, watching sports of all kinds, traveling, and reading.
Tripp is excited and honored to be part of the Pastermack Team and stands ready to provide Brevard County with outstanding service from generation to generation.

| BECKY SCHRYER | |

Becky joined RE/MAX and the Pastermack Team in 2004. She has proved that diligence, competence and initiative are the keys to immediate success, making Becky a multi-million dollar producer within months.
Becky grew up primarily in Houston, TX and is the daughter of a retired Air Force officer now working at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. She moved to Brevard County in 1999 to marry her husband Paul. They met while hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine in 1998. While hiking together for six months (walking over 2000 miles through 14 states), they realized they were a matched set.
Once in Brevard County, Becky was hired at Jefferson Middle School as a 7th grade science teacher. A dedicated teacher, she loved her job and her students. After two years of teaching, she was named “Teacher of the Year” at Jefferson Middle School and the Area III District of Brevard County. She was one of eight finalists for “County Teacher of the Year” and held numerous leadership positions within Jefferson Middle School. She has a BS degree in Wildlife and Fisheries and completed a Masters degree in Science Education while working full time as a teacher. After five years of teaching, Becky decided to commit herself to serving the community in a way that would allow her to offer her other area of expertise - Real Estate!
Becky and her husband Paul have spent the past few years purchasing investment properties and watching the local real estate market closely. She is excited to be a member of the Pastermack Team, and looks forward to serving Brevard County from Generation to Generation.

| BECKI WALTON | |

A native of Northern California, Becki relocated to Brevard County in 1992. She married her husband Tripp in March of 2000. Becki has worked for Toni for several years.
Her duties as Toni's executive assistant involve promotion and doing research for buyers. Also, once we have received a Contract for Sale and Purchase on the property and the Contract is fully negotiated, she coordinates the closing details. Her duties as closing coordinator entail getting the contract to the appropriate title company, ordering surveys, home inspections, termite inspections, and helping coordinate repairs, just to name a few.
Feel free to call on Becki with any buyer or closing questions. Becki's place in Toni Pastermack's team is vital. Connecting buyers with their dream homes is a top priority.

| JEANNIE WILLIAMS | |

Jeannie joined the Pastermack Team as Listing Coordinator in May 2006. Born and raised in Brevard County, she graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1999 and the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations.
Her duties as Toni's assistant include setting up listings, such as measuring the property, inputting MLS information, and writing ads. The key role of Jeannie's job is to keep the sellers up-to-date with feedback from showings and the status of their home. She contacts Toni's sellers at least once a week and makes sure they get copies of all advertisements their homes are in. She is also responsible for designing brochures and sending out a variety of buying and listing packages.
Jeannie's place in Toni Pastermack's team is vital. Keeping the sellers informed at all times is one of our top priorities. Feel free to call on Jeannie with any questions concerning your listing.

| JANICE VORIS | |

Janice has been assisting the Pastermack Team since 2001. Originally from California, she moved to Brevard County in 1992. She has been married to her husband Ron since 1965. They have 2 sons, 2 daughters and 13 grandchildren. Her youngest daughter, Becki Walton, is executive assistant to the Pastermack Team.
Her main responsibility involves mailings. She designs postcards advertising the listing and sale of the properties that the Pastermack Team represents. This generates activity for the listings. She also runs the many errands that come up during the day. This enables Becki and Tamara to devote the time and attention needed to ensure that the office runs smoothly. Janice plays an integral part in helping the Pastermack Team serve Brevard County from Generation to Generation.
