Over the past few years, Central Brevard has grown into a dream community, with brand new schools, beautiful homes and condos, parks, recreation centers, golf courses, shopping centers and restaurants! Residents from all over Brevard flock to Viera for its wide array of entertainment opportunities, such as The Avenues outdoor shopping center, Brevard Zoo and Space Coast Stadium.
